The label attached to a claim reflects the evidence available for that claim—not confidence in a company, publication, or forecast as a whole.
Traceable to an issued standards document or equally direct normative material.
Attributed to dated vendor material, industry presentations, or reputable reporting.
Useful architectural context that may vary by controller, package, module, or system.
Primary standards sources
Normative documents take precedence over summaries. Some JEDEC documents require account access or purchase; titles and identifiers are retained so readers can locate the authoritative record.

The published-class source for LPDDR6 terminology and architecture. LPDDR6 claims should not be generalized into claims about desktop or server DDR6 DIMMs.

Dated engineering announcements from Samsung, SK hynix, Micron, and other participants may be cited for demonstrated components, process development, packaging, or stated roadmap targets.

Known evidence limits
Reported DDR6 data-rate ranges, sub-channel arrangements such as 4×24-bit concepts, validation dates, and adoption windows should be read as architecture direction or roadmap evidence—not guaranteed shipping specifications.
